Baguette Bakery was founded in 2005 by Ty and Joyce Te.
Ty and Joyce, have had many years of experience in retail and customer service industry. Our retail and service experience spanned a course of 15 years period, starting with 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Hotel Management - Front Desk Operations and Room Service, Car Rental Management, and Retail Cellular Store Owner.
Prior to opening we hired a bakery consultant to train us how to bake and store our products. Content with our skills Ty continued to hone in on his baking and management skills by attending the Pasadena School of Culinary Arts. He attended to the business needs in the early morning in Riverside then rushed off daily to 5 hours of vigorous hands on training course at the school.
